Peacefully on May 27th 2016 at the R D & E Hospital, Simon aged 45 years.
Loving son of Bob & Liz, much loved partner of Sharon and a loving Daddy of Kelsey. Will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral service at the Exeter & Devon Crematorium on Tuesday 14th June at 12.15pm
