In loving memory of Joan Banks who sadly passed away on 22nd May 2016. A service of Thanksgiving will take place in St Michael and All Angels church, Verwood at 2pm after the private committal at Bournemouth Crematorium.
All family and friends are very welcome to join us at the Service of Thanksgiving and for refreshments at the Parish Centre (behind the church) afterwards. Please let us know if you would like to join us in remembering Joan's life.
Joan lived a very full and interesting life and had lived abroad for many years in Lebanon with Monty her husband and they also travelled a great deal when retired.
Joan and Monty had two children and four grandchildren: Paul has two daughters, Sarah and Rachel and Rhona has two sons, Daniel and Samuel.

I may have not known this very deserving women but she will always be in her family’s heart even at the sad times and I hope she had a wonderful and long lasting life that was I joy able for her.
