All at ounce you were there and my dreams came true.We laughed and talked and I new I was falling in love.It was so easy I could not help myself.A magical time when dreams come true.You were that dream Carol and I will never forget you.How is it possible to be so happy? I had been waiting for you for such a long time.All to soon you have been taken from me and now I have to try to go on without you.I try to look happy when really my heart is breaking because you are not with me.I was yours for 42 years and now I am alone and sad with only my souvenirs and memories of you.Love Mike

Carol was a lovely lady who will be sadly missed, I enjoyed her friendship and letters so much. Very sorry she has passed away.

So very sorry Carol has passed away, she was a lovely lady and our friendship will often be in my thoughts. I am unable to come to her funeral as I live in County Durham.
