Dear Mum of Stephanie and Melanie and doting Nan of Sadie. Died in a heartbeat.
Reunited with her devoted Husband Tom. Never more than a thought away, loved and remembered everyday.
Funeral service at St Thomas' Church, Lydiate on Tuesday May 17th 2016 at 12:45 pm followed by burial in St Thomas' Churchyard.
