A dad like you

A dad like you is hard to find, I know this because I don't have mine, he like u so kind and strong, but when he left you came along, you was a gentle giant who knew just what to say, who welcomed me with open arms, for Sunday dinners and Christmas Day, you welcomed me even though I couldn't make the tea, instead I made u bisto which was not good to eat, thank you for always helping me and knowing just what to say, many time I struggled and your help was there right away, never did u question, or judge or had a say, you just did your best for all of us in your own special way, you was the greatest person and for this I know for sure, we was blessed, honoured, to call us yours,
You was a fantastic grandad and this I no for sure, just look around you today Tony because all these people will love you forever more, you left us all so suddenly but know this my friend, every single one of us will love you until the very end, I will miss not seeing you every single day, and how you always popped in because you was passing our way, and how you'd start a sentence with I've decided... And leaving us guessing what it is your going to say, you leave us with so many memories this world could ever hold, but most of Tony, you left a really big hole, it hurts to hear your name spoke but I'm pleased at the same time, because while you are spoke of, you will never die
I'd give up everything to see you, once again, but I no you'd say I'm stupid and you'd see me when it's my end, I'm sorry that I've cried so much it's hard to hold it in, we say goodbye to you today because life is sometimes unfair, you will never be forgotten, your character lives on, in every single one us, even that camy thong, you've left so many memories for us all to laugh and cry, but your legend lives on in all of us and you will never die,
You're like a father to me, and this I say very proud, Tony you was the greatest dad this world has ever found.
