This picture took pride of place on my Mum's wall until she passed away in 2001, and since then it's been on the wall at my home.

Really sad to hear Harry has passed away. I knew him since 1947, although I can't actually remember that far back as that's the year I was born. But I know Harry was at my Christening because he's in the photo and his name's on my Certificate as my Godparent. His weekly visits were a fixture in our house, when he would arrive on his trusty bicycle, which always fascinated me as a child; that and his drawings and photos. When I left school and applied for my first job he wrote me a fantastic reference, full of words I'd never heard before. It must have made me sound clever, because I got the job. He came to my mum's and dad's funerals, but sadly I didn't keep in touch after that, but I should have.
