From the very first time you were introduced to me 20 years ago, it was like we had already known each other for a lifetime. So many adventures, good and bad! From the multiple house moves, to helping with the horses, trips to London boat shows, my first introduction to your laser 2 and getting stuck in a wetsuit on a summers day in the middle of the shop fearing you would have to cut me out of it there and then....., sipping champagne at Windsor and Badminton, DIY projects where I think Ross feared to come home to see what mischief we had created whilst he'd been out hard at work. Trying to figure out your latest gadgets & kitting out your first van ready for trips away windsurfing. Many many amazing nights out clubbing and even more spending lazy days in the garden cooking up the latest feast, often these ran late into the evening and early morning.
Your “help” with my rehabilitation when I was recovering from my op and you steeling my wheelchair and preceding to zoom around on it in the attempt to make me walk further….. I think you were actually just trying to recreate a scene from Little Britain! Lazy cruises over to the Isle of Wight for lunch. These are the things I will remember. We have been through thick and thin and I am so grateful for all of your support over the years. I thank you for the thousands of laughs you have given me.
You are at peace now, so until we meet again to continue our shenanigans… rest in peace my darling.

Gary's generous, vibrant, caring spirit was boundless. In all the years I knew him, he supported & helped me with my horses as a physio, instructor & friend with energy, enthusiasm & kindness. He was a gifted & remarkable man that has left us far too early. Gary shone life & will continue to shine in my memories. Rest in peace Gary and my deepest sympathies to his friends & family.

I first met Gary when he came to massage one of our horses, from then on he was more than just a masseur. He was an instructor, rider, and friend, always ready to help with any problem and having a great depth of knowledge. So dynamic, tough and determined, but always a lovely guy. So sad he had to go so soon.

Gary you were such a kind generous person. I used to love watching you trying to set up your latest techie gadget. As beautiful on the inside as you were on the outside. You will certainly be missed by me and so many others.

Truly will be sadly missed. A constant support for years, Gary always went above and beyond for us . He was a fabulous supporter of Josh and I, and I learnt a lot from him. RIP Gary my friend

RIP Gary, we both have great memories of time spent with you and Ross when we lived at Pamela Row, Holyport.

You work was inspiring and you encouraged me when I started training to apply my physio to horses. I have many memories of the discussions and laughs we had, particularly when we went to one training day together which wasn't very good!

Gary, Thank you for lettting me be a part of your life, I am so glad that we got back in touch. You were and are a very special person who I will never forgot and will always be a special part of my life.

I shall miss seeing your brown spaniel eyes and cheeky grin. The sniff that never went away. I'll never again say 'hallo my surrogate son'. But when I close my eyes I shall see you whenever I want and carry my memories of you with me. You are at peace forever safe in the arms of the Lord. Sleep well.

One day we will meet again. But only when the time is right. When you step out of the darkness I will be standing in the light. xx
