In loving memory of Lisa Marie Bernadette Davies who sadly passed away on 3rd April 2016.
Peacefully at her home aged 46 years. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends, especially her boys Francis, Jake and Perry and her Grandchildren Jacob and Amelia.
Now at rest with her Mum, Brother Freddie and Sister Margaret.
