Beloved Husband of Kathleen, loving Dad of Michaela, Louise and Jonathan. A much loved Father-in-law and Papa. Passed away on 23rd March 2016, aged 75 years.
Funeral service and cremation at Canley Crematorium, Charter Chapel on Monday 18th April at 11.30am.
No flowers by request but donations for The Brain Tumour Charity can be given on the day of the funeral.
