In loving memory of Pat Beasley 'nee Green' who sadly passed away on 27th March 2016. Aged 77 Years.

A Loving Mother to Kerry, Sue, Lorraine, Janine and Kevin.
A Loving Grandmother to Steven, Danny, Chris, Charlotte, Rachael, Melissa, Jessica, Georgina, Cherrie, Jack, Brody and Isabella.
A Loving Great-Grandmother to Rio, Summer, Ellie-May, Tia-Rose, Chloe, Ruby-Rose & Chase.
She will Also be Sadly Missed by Her & Brian's Dog Rosie.
She will be Sadly Missed by all her Family & Friends.
A Celebration of her life will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel, 1:30pm on Thursday 7th April 2016.
Pat's Family have Requested Floral Tributes from people attending the service.

I've know Pat since I worked voluntary at Hayley Green hospital. I was only 15 she has always been a lovely woman. My thoughts go out to your loving family at such a sad time. God bless and rest in peace Pat xxxxx

I was so sad to here of the loss of a wonderful person who was always there for you someone who always made you welcome she had a great sence of humour a real gem she will sadly be missed not only by her family but by everyone who had the privalage of knowing pat I was one of them thinking of all the family at this sad time love terry silk xx
