In loving memory of Alison Ham,aged 48 years who sadly passed away on 27th March 2016

Devoted wife of Steve, Loving Mum to Jonathan, Rhys and Chanene, Step Mum of Steven, Warren and
Anthony. Cherished Nan of Ffion, Lowri, Tommy, Maddox, Kaelan and Kyran.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her

Funeral service to take place at Coastlands Family Church, Colcot on Monday 11th April at 10:45am, followed by cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry
Donations if desired may be made at the service or via this online tribute page to support Multiple Sclerosis .
