The loss of our friend Ted is a massive blow to all. He was always quick to offer anything he had, his time, hands on help, or just an ear to bend. The sad news of his passing was hard to take, but what's harder for me is the days, indeed years, to come. Those times when wanting to drop by for a cuppa and natter where together we would set the world right, before leaving a happier person than I arrived as! There's not many old school faces about anymore, those lovable rouges who have that cheeky glint in their eye, and now we're down one of the best. I can't see how anyone wouldn't have loved Ted, or his eternal treasure Trish. They were genuine people, the type that are reminisced about fondly by all. In my life I've had few friends, but I'm proud to say that they were. Teds passing hurts but the saving grace is that they're now reunited.
