Eve Elizabeth Read, only Daughter of John William and Rachael Ness Ryder latterly of Kirkcaldy, Fife.
Eve passed away peacefully from complications arising from breast cancer discovered early 2015.
Her colourful early life in London in the swinging 60's with a teenage marriage to Duncan Smith early in 1959 dissolved 9 years later resulting in her move to a more rural life in the Midland Counties.
With her new partner Frederick Read they jointly dealt in Antiquarian books until Fred decided on a Mediterranean lifestyle in Spain and jumped ship. Eve resolutely carried on and moved to her final residency at Little Fawsley where she lived for over 40 years.
Small in stature but huge in spirit she will be remembered by all who knew her!
