In loving memory of Carl Raymond Birch who passed away peacefully at home on 6th March 2016 aged 82 years.
Devoted husband of the late Vera, much loved Dad and Grandad who will be sadly missed by all and will remain forever in our hearts.
The funeral service will take place at the Heart of England crematorium Nuneaton on Thursday 31st March 2016 at 10.30 am.
By request family flowers only please, donations may be given on the day or via Carl`s memorial site, for the British Heart Foundation and Marie Curie.
