I have great memories of Geoff - as a teaching colleague, staying in the hotel at Ilfracombe and my coat falling in the sea, parties at his house, meals that Eileen had cooked and sailing across the channel in the smallest boat you've ever seen! Some fab times xx

Fond memories of Geoff a lovely bloke, kind and considerate to all he met. Will be sadly missed, but is now released from the horrible illness that he suffered. Our thoughts go out to his wife, children & family.
In all our thoughts; his old school friends from Kennylands Boarding School send their condolences.
R.I.P Geoff.

The tragedy of Geoff's latter years is now mercifully ended. Time now to remember the many good times and great laughs had with him.

Geoff was a true gentleman and will be sadly missed. We 'lost' Geoff a while back, on commencement of this awful illness. He is no longer at limbo and is now free. Let us all celebrate the life that Geoff had and wish him a safe passage to eternity. God bless

I have very fond memories of working alongside Geoff (Mr. Green) at the Bridge Centre. His sense of humour is what stands out the most - I remember his jokes (good and bad!) fondly as this is what I think of first and foremost as I remember Geoff - often cheerful and bringing humour to our workplace of "educating" challenging pupils. The young people appreciated Geoff also for his willingness to get down to their level to play and have fun. I am grateful to Geoff for bringing his happy spirit to work and feel priviledged to have known him for those years.

For me, we lost our friend a long while ago. Geoff was the force that brought us together as a group and without him, we would not have shared the memories that we have today

Geoff King...I had forgotten that middle name..how we laughed when we found out about that.I have some lovely memories of times spent together..Jaffray,the Swan, vegetarian cafés,painting my flat, nights out, camping trips, playing tricks, demanding you take us to your mum and dads hotel, parties. A lovely lovely gentle man who we lost some time ago.And what is it to cease breathing but to free the breath from restless tides, that it may rise and expand. Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb....I hope you are there.

Geoff was a valued teaching colleague. A particularly warm, caring, generous man who never uttered an unkind word! He related well with everyone, including the young people in his charge.

I lost Geoff many years ago, but he has always been in my thoughts. He was a great friend: one that I shall never forget. I'll remember him as a fit and fun loving young man, always ready to help and share a joke.
