In loving memory of Michael William Glasscoe who sadly passed away on 16th February 2016, 3 weeks before his 68th birthday after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Mick as he was known to his friends spent 25 years in the Royal Air Force, travelling the world before settling with his family, Marie his wife and Sons Marc and John, in Lincoln. Mick went on to spend the rest of his working life at Anglian water. He was a very keen Tenpin Bowler and spent a lot of time on the lanes at Lincoln bowl where he will be fondly remembered. Mick also used to enjoy fishing and especially pike fishing and would often spend many windswept hours walking up and down the rivers and drains of Lincolnshire in search of monster pike.

Miss you Dad. I really wish you were here to see how far I have come in the RAF. I got my Sgt tapes, although I now outrank you, I'm sure you'd be proud. Also, your grandsons are brilliant. Fenton is in theatre groups and Mason wants to be a professional footballer, he's a Tottenham boy but I'd happily see him don your favourite Reading shirt. Sleep tight. X
