On February 12th, peacefully at Airedale Hospital. Howard aged 85 years of Sutton in Craven. Devoted, loving & caring husband of Renee, much loved dad of Alison, loving father in law of Jonathan, cherished and much loved grandad of Ryan and a loving uncle. You will be missed and never forgotten.
It’s a while since Howard died but I have only just seen the obituary. This must be the Howard who lived up West Lane as a lad - the one who I cause to thank every time I swim for it was he who pulled me out of the six foot end of Sutton Baths when I was in danger over going under for the third time! That would have been some eighty years ago. Thanks Howard!
You became a wonderful friend to my parents and myself when we visited them in Roydhill and then the Craven Nursing Home. We will miss you so much.
