Passed away suddenly at home
on 12th February 2016 aged 76.
Loving dad to Karen, Julie, Steve and Mick
brother of Marg, Tom (Deceased) Jean
and David, father-in-law, grandad,
great-grandad and uncle.
Funeral service to take place in
Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium
at 12.45 pm on 4th March 2016.
No flowers or black ties by request,
Please wear something blue.
