In loving memory of Simon Ian Terry who sadly passed away on 14th February 2016 after a brave battle with cancer. Loving partner of Mel, Dearly loved dad of Beth & Georgia, Adored son of Ian & Margaret, Best Friend of Issac and Eli. Sadly missed by all his family and friends.
The total sum of £547.32 was the amount donated, in lieu of floral tributes, at the funeral service. The amount of £472.32 is being donated via 'Just Giving' with a further £75 in cheques being forwarded directly to Wakefield Hospice.
