My soulmate Ken. Dad to Claire and Nick, grandad to Daisy Isaac and Inez and dad in law to Hannah. Son in law to John and Pat. How do we sum up your life? A hard working man, dedicated to providing for his family, and someone who treasured his family. Respected by all who new him and missed desperately by those who loved him.
Dear Mate, I am a lost soul without you. How do I begin to fill the black void that is now in my life? You work on our des res up there and I will finish off the work you started here. Ken was such a special person, kind and thoughtful, always willing to help anyone. I am so glad I had the pleasure of knowing him and working with him, at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel, he will be sadly missed but never forgotten, rest in peace Ken.

He started at the hotel very shortly after me and we clicked straight away, having lots in common and lots of laughs! I loved our chats, he could always brighten up your dayor provide any support needed. He was always a great support to me - I called him my work dad! In fact he was always there to help anyone who needed it, an incredibly kind, generous, hard working, moral man.

When Ken came to work at Christchurch Harbour it was such a relief to have someone with his expertise, Ken worked very hard and will be dearly missed by all who worked with him. I loved chatting with Ken, we found common ground talking about our dogs and ideas we had for the spa. I miss him saying "alright mate" every morning as he walked past the spa reception. Such a special man who I will never forget. Sending all my love to you Ken. Alice xx
