To a wonderful Mum who has been there for me for all these years, you have gone through so much but you have stayed strong and come through it with your unique determination.
I felt so proud to have been by your side on your last day with us as i whispered in to your ear and told you to go to sleep and go into dads open arms who was waiting for you.
I will never stop loving you and will never forget you.
All My Love
Your baby son Brian and wife Mandy.
