In loving memory of Charlotte Elizabeth Slocombe who sadly passed away suddenly of Meningitis on 20th January 2016.
Charlotte was a loving and caring mother to Amy, Jack, Alex, Dillon and the late Daisy. All Charlotte ever wanted was to be a mother, which is a role she fulfilled and was brilliant at, having raised 4 lovely children who all adore her.

Charlotte was the only daughter of Aileen and the late Alan Talbot, she was the first grandchild of Lily and Brian, who are devastated at her passing.

No words can ever explain how wrong this situation is, therefore, in an attempt to help others, we are asking for any donations in lieu of flowers go to Meningitis Now.

I work as a lunchtime Supervisor at Whitechapel Primary School and I just wanted to let Amy, Jack, and Alex who are in my supervision along with all my lunchtime colleagues know that we think about them every single day. We were all extremely saddened to hear the news when we were told and we will do anything to help them through whatever they need. Their mum obviously did a great job as they are all lovely children. Our best goes out to all the family. Mrs Fisher (Amanda) xxxxx

So sorry to hear the news. I only knew Charlotte for a short time though remember how much she loved her children and the advice she gave me regarding the impending birth of my daughter.

You were my best friend growing up & although our lives took different paths as adults, you always were in my heart and always will be. Our last meeting you introduced me to your lovely children & you were so happy to be a Mum. You'll be greatly missed by all that knew you. Sleep well and at peace xxxx
