In loving memory of ANN KATHLEEN STOCKDALE who sadly passed away on 15th January 2016.
By request no black to be worn please. Donation Box for "Methodist Homes for the Aged" will be in Church on the day of the funeral or donations may be sent to C Terry Funeral Services, Bulwell High Road, Bulwell, Nottingham NG6 8NU.

Ann was the proud Mum of five children: Andrew, Stephen, Paul (who sadly passed away aged 7 weeks but was always in her heart), Sandra and Susan. She also had 9 grandchildren: Naomi, Jason, Sean, Alice, James, Megan, Isabella, Henry and Toby and 2 Great Grandchildren: Kyle and Lilly. Ann was also the adopted Grannie to Matt, Sam and Emily and recently was delighted to hear about the birth of Sam's daughter Lucia. Ann was a brilliant grandmother who was always telling everyone about her amazing grandchildren and great grandchildren. She even had a toy room in her house which was dedicated to her grandchildren! All her grandchildren and great grandchildren called her affectionately Grannie Annie.

Since retiring Ann spent nearly 15 years volunteering at the Cancer Research shop in Bulwell and she also raised money for the Methodist Homes for the Aged. Her open day every summer not only raised a lot of money but was also a social event for the Methodist circuit. Ann was devoted to Ravensworth Methodist Church and had many dear friends there. She hosted a bible study group in her home on a Tuesday evening with a group of close friends from her church. She loved this group dearly and it helped her faith grow guided by Patrick. Ann was a caring friend and an amazing Mum who was dedicated to her family. She will be deeply missed but always held in the hearts of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
