Kate Mottram (Passed away 3 Jan 2016)

Kate passed away peacefully in hospital with her family around her on Sunday 3rd January 2016 aged 62 years
The funeral service will take place at Rotherham Crematorium on Tuesday 26th January at 1.30pm
No flowers please, donations in Kate’s memory may be placed in the collection after the service or sent
