In loving memory of Robert Tubbs who sadly passed away on 31st December 2015
Robert was born on 24th March 1991 at Orsett in Essex. He was diagnosed with a duplication of chromosome 15 which lead to him having learning difficulties, Autism and Epilepsy.
Robert attended Ashmount Special School and Glebe House before moving to Maple House.
He has a younger brother, Michael and his parents are Geoff and Cath.
Robert was a cheeky, fun loving individual who loved being with family and friends. He enjoyed being out and about and could walk for miles. He enjoyed swimming, experienced sailing, horse riding and flying in a vintage aircraft.
Robert lived life to the full and brought joy to all around him. Our lives were richer for knowing him. He loved music and was particularly fond of Kylie. His other great love was food, he had a hearty appetite. Robert was a member of the Shepshed Disabled Swimming group and took part in the LOROS Walk on the Wild Side sponsored walks. He enjoyed being towed on his cycle add on.

Robert ... this is one of my fondest memories I share of you. We always went all out with Halloween and our costumes didn't we. You were by far the best dressed that evening :-)

Robert you were always such a cheeky young man, this was you back when you moved into your new home Maple House. We enjoyed our weekly outings to college with you and you sneakily eating all of the cooking ingredients before the meal was cooked! Will miss you dearly Robert x
