Liz you are now Free from your damaged 'earth suit' and in Peace. Our memories of knowing you when in Spain are many, but the ones which stand out are: Paella on the beach on one of those lovely evenings! and for your love & support when Brian had to have the complicated eye op in Alicante and having a prayer 'huddle' with Brenda Muckley in the entrance before he 'levitated into a very successful op which we know was down to the power of prayer. We send our love to you John & all family and will be thinking of you all tomorrow with continued prayers. Brian & Carolyn XX

Liz, enjoyed life, and was so positively wanting others to enjoy life with her. There are many people who will miss her so much, but the memories will be there. Now she is with her Lord who has brought her through the stresses and strains. She is dancing in heaven and free from the pain of these last few months. We missed those lovely meals inspired by Liz and the other ladies there in Spain. And all we men did was provide the wine and laughter! So we say with Liz, and with Paul, "Who can separate us from the love of Christ?" And Liz knows that death certainly cannot, she is with her Lord now.

It was such a joy and privilege to be able to speak with Liz while she was in the Hospice. What an inspiration and blessing she was right up until the end. I came off the phone in tears - so blessed and encouraged.
Sending you my love and prayers to you all especially for the funeral on Friday. With my love, Angie

We are only distant aquaintances, but were led to JIBC in Javea about nine years ago. One of the highlights of our stays at our villa was Sunday mornings and to hear John's wonderful preaching and to meet both him and Liz. It was our loss when they moved back to the UK. In our lives we meet many people, but some stay engraved within us because they had a unique impact. God has richly blessed us through our meeting both of them and we are so sad for John and the family at this time. May the arms of Jesus embrace you all and hold on to you very tightly.

We have so many wonderful memories of Liz. She was a vibrant Christian and a wonderful friend who invested 100% in everything she did. She hadn't a dull bone in her body and a conversation with her always left us with fresh understandings and new ideas. We know that she is now more alive than ever and rejoice in that, even as we mourn her loss and hold John and all the other members of her beloved family who will miss her most keenly in our thoughts and prayers.
