Passed peacefully away in the Queens Hospital on 30th December 2015 aged 75 years.

Arthur will be sadly missed by all family and friends.

A funeral service will be held in the Carnarvon Chapel
at Bretby Crematorium on Wednesday
20th January 2016 at 10.30am.

Donations in memory of Arthur may be placed in the collection box and will be forwarded cheques payable to Monark Healthcare
(for the residents at the Poplars Nursing home)
