The death occurred peacefully on Wednesday 2nd April 2025 of
Mrs. Hazel Maud Theobald, aged 86 years of Hanover Court, Tenby.
Devoted Wife of Tony.
Treasured Mum to Lynne, Cheryl, Jennifer, Dawn and John.
Much loved Mother-in-law to Michael, Raymond, Sandra and Mark.
Cherished Nan and great Nan.
The funeral service will take place on Monday 28th April 2025 at
Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 12:15pm.
It is the families request that colourful clothing be worn.
There will be family flowers only with donations in lieu if desired for Cancer Research UK c/o
