I couldn’t believe it when I heard the news . James you made me feel so welcome at work then became my right hand man , your passion to help others never went unnoticed along with your drive to always develop yourself and help everyone. I know you absolutely loved your volunteering work in Gillinghan. I will miss our teams and phone conversations Always a gentleman with a heart of gold. You have gone way too soon . Rest in eternal peace James. Gone but will never EVER be forgotten 🕊️ 🕯️🕊️

James, I miss you more than words can say. You've been on my mind constantly past week, and I really wish we'd had the chance to chat on TEAMS one last time. You always had a way of making me feel seen -just hearing you say my name on the radio meant so much. I remember you telling me you had the Thursday slot too. It's rare to meet someone with your warmth and kindness. You weren't just a colleague - you were truly my honest friend. I miss you deeply.

So sad that he never got to see his pension. HMRC is such a toxic abusive employer. Praying for his family during this difficult time.
