Betti was our very first resident at the Grand. not only that she was our first Welsh resident. Which to me meant so much being Welsh myself. Betti herself is so special to all of us staff at the Grand. She was the most loving popular resident with so much determination. She put 100% into everything she participated in as she loved getting involved. She will be truly missed by all of us. lots of love xxx

Still can't believe it. Nain was always someone who was there when I needed her (and when I didn't). We raised a toast to her on Christmas day and New Years eve, and I know that she will always be with us, in the hearts of her children and grandchildren, as well as everyone who knew her. She always welcomed everyone with open arms, and I will never forget her. At least she is in a better place with Taid. Love you Nain. Always xxx
