Una Elizabeth Anna Burgin was a remarkable woman whose kindness, strength, and warmth touched the lives of all who knew her. Born with a gentle heart and a spirited soul, Una dedicated her life to her family, always placing love and care at the center of everything she did.
As a devoted mum, Una guided her family with patience and wisdom. She was a constant source of support, teaching by example the values of compassion, resilience, and hard work. Her home was always a welcoming place, filled with laughter, delicious meals, and the comforting feeling that everyone belonged.
Becoming a nan and later a great nan, Una's love only grew deeper. She cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sharing stories, offering advice, and creating cherished memories that will be passed down through generations. Her warmth and kindness shaped not only her family but everyone lucky enough to know her.
Una’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She taught the importance of family, the power of a kind word, and the beauty of simple, everyday moments. Though she may no longer be physically present, her love continues to guide and inspire her family every single day.

My Auntie Una was such a kind and loving soul, and I cherished every visit to her home when I was a child. Even though she lived far away, the memories of those trips stay with me—her warm hugs, the way she always made me feel special, and her gentle nature. She had a way of making everything feel comforting and full of joy, and I’ll always be grateful for the love and kindness she gave. Losing her has left a space in my heart, but I find comfort knowing she is now with Uncle Rusty and my dad, watching over us. I hold on to those beautiful moments we shared, and they will forever live on in my heart

I will miss you my very dear friend Una .
You were a constant in my life for so many years and we shared the most amazing memories since we were 15 years old.
We laughed together we cried together and we certainly had a lot of fun times .
Even in the later years when our health prevented us from seeing each other and even talking as we used.
I want you to know I never stopped loving my best friend and will always remember you my kindest and loving Una.
