Good morning my family and I thank you for attending our mothers funeral. It is a sad day for all but we gather to celebrate the life of a remarkable woman, our beloved mother. Her journey through life was marked by love, kindness, and unwavering strength. Maji/Chotima ma had a profound impact on each of our lives.
From the very beginning, our mother demonstrated a boundless capacity for love. Her heart was always open, welcoming everyone into her life with warmth and compassion. She had an innate ability to make everyone feel special and valued, and her love knew no boundaries. Whether it was a comforting hug, a listening ear, or a heartfelt word of encouragement, she had a knack for making us feel cherished.
Our mother had a gentle spirit that brought calm and tranquillity to those around her. She had a serene presence that made us feel at ease, no matter the circumstances. Her patience and understanding were unmatched, and she approached life with a sense of grace that was truly admirable. Her gentle nature was a source of comfort and solace, and we will forever cherish the moments of peace she brought into our lives.
As we say our final goodbyes, we are filled with a mixture of sadness and gratitude. Sadness for the void her absence leaves in our lives, but gratitude for the time we were fortunate to spend with her. Her legacy is one of love, strength, generosity and wisdom. These qualities will continue to live on through us, and we will honor her memory by embodying the values she held dear.
We are eternally grateful for the gift of her presence in our lives, and we will continue to celebrate her life and honor her memory every day. Rest in peace, Maji/Chotima. You will always be loved and never forgotten.
