On 26th February 2025, whilst in the safe care of Birch Park Care Home, of Roberttown, Liversedge, aged 75 years, Ruth, beloved wife of the late Brian, dearly loved mum of Rachel and James, caring mother in law of Paul and Rachel, a cherished grandma and great grandma and remembered with affection by her step-children.
Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Monday 31st March 2025 at 11:15am. Friends and family please accept this intimation at meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Ruth can be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Alzheimer's Society and The Donkey Sanctuary.
We would like to convey our thanks to everyone for donating in memory of Ruth to aid us in our work at The Donkey Sanctuary. We hope it will bring some comfort that the memory of Ruth will live on through these donations. This support today helps us to look after donkeys in our care at sanctuaries across the UK and Europe and reach out to donkeys in desperate need around the world.
