I went to Hempstead Juniors with Russ and then on to Napier with him. Had many beers in the Saucer and at the reunions. Such a nice guy and good mate. Such sad news to be taken so young. My heart goes out to all his family and friends.

I met Russ through my very good friend Mo. What a wonderful man with a cheeky sense of humour, I shall miss the various church pictures you would send me.
