To my dearest Aunty Cherry,
Words are inadequate to express just what a loss your passing is.
I will always be grateful for your and Uncle Johns love,
Advice and support.
Your sense of humour your love of sweet things and your rock solid support for your family including your older brothers children is special.
I always felt and knew that 15 Leslie Gardens was my second home.
You and Uncle John my second Mum and Dad and Michael, Robert and Caroline the brothers I never had and another Sister.
You gave me love and support at challenging times in my life and for that I will always be grateful. You made a real difference to me.

Dearest Aunty Cherry, you were my second Mum and dear friend. I will always cherish our chats, our pub lunches and long walks with Uncle John. So much fun and laughter- sad that the tyranny of distance kept us apart in later life. You were a wonderful, loyal and loving Mum, wife and family member. For 16 years we had the privilege of being Cherry’s neighbours. We felt welcome from the day we moved in and felt part of the family.
Most of our laughs and gossiping was done over the garden fence. Cherry took great interest and joy when we started our family and always asked them how they were.
We will all miss our smiling, generous neighbour with the sweet tooth!
