With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Gerry Thrower who sadly passed away on 8th February 2025.
Gerry was a devoted Wife, Mum, Nanny, and Animal lover whose warmth and humour touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
Gerry was the beloved wife of Jeff, with whom she shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Together, they raised three wonderful children Ian, Sacha and Rachel who brought her immense pride, even if they always suspected they ranked just below her beloved dogs in her affections. And then theres Alfie, Her only son in law, that she loved and treated as one of her own.
Gerry was a true dog lover, her home was never without a furry companion by her side. She found endless joy in their company, and they, in return, adored her unconditionally. However, as much as she doted on her dogs, her heart belonged just as much to her cherished grand kids Kye, Corey, and Emilia-Rose who brought light and love into her life.
Gerry had a very kind heart, and a spirit that made everyone feel welcome. Her love for her family, both human and four-legged, was unwavering, and she leaves behind a legacy of warmth, humour, and devotion that will be deeply missed.
Though she is no longer with us, her love and laughter will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
Rest peacefully.
