Cherry Eaton (13 Apr 1945 - 13 Feb 2025)

In loving memory of Cherry Eaton who sadly passed away on 13th February 2025
Susan Cherry Was born on 13th April 1945 to Marjorie and Cedric Beers. She enjoyed a privileged childhood surrounded by dogs, cats and her beloved horse, she was fortunate to experience holidays and foreign travel.
These things stayed with her throughout her life. One constant in her life would be the presence of a canine companion.
She was mother to Tim and Kate. Grandmother to William, Edward and George.
Fiercely independent and stubborn. She always did things her own way.
She endured cancer not once but three times! The first time; bravely travelling to Malaga daily for treatment from the home in Spain she shared with her beloved husband Alan and dog Tilly.
However since losing Alan to a stroke, having to have a breast removed due to a second bout of cancer and a lonely isolation as a new widow in Norfolk she decided to move back to Derbyshire to be near her family.
