Suddenly passed away on 6th February 2025 at Morriston Hospital.
Loving mother of Adam, James, Ashley and the late Josh,
much loved nanna "Clare Bear" of Ruby, Dolly, Bonnie and Joseph,
loved step daughter of Phillip,
beloved sister of Emma.
Clare will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral Friday 7th March 2025 service at Swansea Crematorium 12.30pm.
