Peacefully, with loved ones at his side, on February 7th aged 87 years, Derek. The beloved husband of Norma, much-loved dad of Gail and Wendy. The dearly loved brother of Billy, a precious grandad and great-grandad. Loved and remembered always.

Family and friends please meet on Thursday February 27th for a service in Durham Crematorium at 10:30am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly accepted for the work of the Alzheimer’s Society. A donation box will be available in the crematorium. Please join the family afterwards to continue the celebration of Derek’s life in Hetton Lyons Cricket Club.
