Thursday mornings are not the same since our much loved Slimming World friend Pauline left us so suddenly.

We miss you so much Pauline - a pound on and off here and there but always back on plan the week after and back on target - so much fun and simply the best!

You will never be forgotten dear friend!

Best love always from everyone at Slimming World's 9am Thursday morning Group.
