In loving memory of Helena May Bott who sadly passed away on 30th January 2025. Helena lived a long and wonderful life. More often called 'Nell' by her family. Born in 1934 in a small village in Leicestershire, she had an older brother 'Cliff' and older sister 'Hazel'. Educated at her local schools with glowing reports, and enduring through the second world war. After education Nell worked in retail, mostly ladies fashion. She was then to meet her soulmate, who happened to be best man at her sisters wedding. Nell was to marry in 1962 to Donald or Don as she called him. Don was a chemist and they had the opportunity to run their own shop, which they did successfully. They were able to retire in their early fifties and then spent the next twenty years travelling the world on numerous holidays. Nell will be missed by her family, friends and neighbours.
