In loving memory of Patricia Barnes who sadly passed away on 24th January 2025.
Both Midhurst Palliative Care (which enables and funds the supply of the
Macmillan Service in our area) and the Rosemary Foundation provided Pat and us as a family, with the support, kindness and care that we needed in order to be able to keep Pat comfortably in her own home when it mattered most. We are hugely grateful to both of these precious and invaluable services that we are blessed to have in our local area and are keen to help these charitable organisations to continue with their amazing work.
