You were a lovely uncle and I was very lucky to have you and auntie Bern in my life. Thank you for putting up with our childhood sleepovers, which were often sprung on you unexpectedly at some family get together.
And, in later life, for not being too hard me on when Johnny got stripped naked on his stag night...

My late Dad John worked with John at Metal Box and played football with him along with John Davey and I believe Bill Robinson, who taught my Dad, my Sister Jackie and me to Drive, I used to kick a ball around with John Junior at Senegal Fields(now the New Den), while our Dads were playing, on behalf of my Mum, and in memory of my Sad, we would like to send our condolences and best wishes to Val and John and the rest of the Family. Stanley was my supervisor when I started work 65 years ago. He taught me well and with kindness. We went on to play football together and to become lifelong friends. Stanley was a Gentleman who will be missed by many.
