In loving memory of Thomas Michael Martin who sadly passed away on 22nd December 2015. Thomas' Funeral Mass will take place at 10.30am on Thursday 31st December at St Paul's RC Church, Lenton Boulevard, followed immediately by committal at Bramcote Crematorium. Family flowers only please. To express our heartfelt gratitude to the Doctors and Nurses who cared for Thomas we would like to make a donation to the ward at the Queens Medical Centre. If you would like to contribute you can do so on the 31st December. Our thanks to each and every one of you for the love, friendship and kindness you showed Thomas during his life.
