In loving memory of Patricia Margaret Carter "Pat" who sadly passed away on 21st January 2025.
Pat was a brilliant wife to Chris and Mum to Scott & Sharon. A loving Nan to Mat, Reba, James, Rachel, Matt & Kerry. Great Nan to Braydon, Charlie, Jacob, Harry, Oliver & Oscar. Such a wonderful lady, always thinking of others. Unfortunately Pat was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia, which she sadly passed away with. Pat will be greatly missed by all the family & friends. RIP

To my dearest lovely sister Pat. We had so many wonderful times together. From a young child, you always looked after me and even when I had my own family. All I have is memories, which I shall cherish in my heart forever.
Love you always Wendy x

Auntie Pat. I am struggling to find the words for how much you meant to me. All the support you gave me growing up and being with me whilst I was in hospital. I couldn't face what dementia had done to you, I promise to remember you always. Your grace and elegance, your laugh and smile, our boxing days spent together as a family, and many many more memories that I will cherish . Love always Tim x

We have known each other for so many years, you are more like my sister than my sister-in-law. You are now free of torment and can now, at last, be with Chris. Thank you for all the good times we had spent together over many years and on my last visits to the UK. From all of us in Australia - love forever.

My dear sister in law Pat. How very sad it still feels today, even though I said my goodbye to you when we lost you to the confusing and bewildering world of dementia. Now that world is silent and you are free of the restless tide of breath and can join Chris in the ever after, God bless
