In loving memory of Margaret Payne who sadly passed away on 15th January 2025.
She was a loving Wife, Daughter, Sister, Mother, Auntie, Nan and Friend.
She was born in Stockport and raised in Manchester, before moving to London where she met Ron at a Dance Hall where they fell in Love. They married, had David and then moved to Cuxton, when Steven came along. It was here that she and Ron raised their two boys.
Margaret worked at All Saints Hospital, Chatham as Nursery Nurse in the Special Care Baby Unit. Before starting on a new adventure running the Baby Room at the newly opened Castle View Day Nursery, Strood by Sue and Alison. She worked there for over 10 years.
David married Carrie and along came Tyler and then a few years later, Katie. Margaret loved Tyler and Katie, her Grandchildren dearly and enjoyed hearing about all their adventures.
Margaret loved Christmas, it was her favourite time of year which coincided with her birthday, when she would put up her Christmas decorations.
