Gill was a caring, kind, generous and most lovely person. She will always be in our thoughts and greatly missed

Auntie Gill,
Saying goodbye isn’t always easy, but it was never really goodbye before. Those times that we caught up were never meant to be limited, but now they feel like too few.
I’m so glad to have had you as an aunt, for the time we had with you, the Christmases, the birthdays and family events. You never forgot us, we’ll never forget you.
We knew it was bad late last year, but hoped you’d have more time. You were so stoic and brave through hard times.

Gill was a very special person. She made friends wherever she went and I always enjoyed the time I spent with her.

Gill will be always be loved and never forgotten.

Such a lovely, bright, generous lady, she lit up a room with her presence. Gill had a sparkle on the outside and a great warmth on the inside. Our lives have been brighter for knowing her. Gone too soon. Rest in peace Gill x

Gill was a Special lady. Kind, generous, funny, supportive. I was paired with Gill shortly after i started at SCC, 26 odd years ago, and she was a rock, my Bestie, ever since. We used to get told off for laughing too much, too loudly. Years later her comment about the grapes in my sandwich would still have us in fits of giggles. Ben je moe, Gill? Sleep well my sweet x

I first met Gill when she was a "wild chid" teenager, her carefree approach to life was to be admired. Be at peace and sleep well.
