In loving memory of Eric George Mewis who sadly passed away on 28th December 2024

Funeral details are as follows:

The funeral service will take place at South Wigston Methodist Church commencing at 12.30pm.
Followed by a burial at Countesthorpe Cemetery at approximately 2pm. Everyone is welcome to the burial service. Alternatively, you are welcome to wait at the church for our return to commence celebration of Eric’s life.

Dress code: Eric’s wishes were for everyone to wear mauve/purple where possible.

Please note the service will be taking place upstairs, for disability access there is a stair lift. Anyone needing to use the stair lift please arrive at the church between 11.30-12.10 to ensure you are seated as we need to prioritise the stair lift for Mary at 12.15.

Eric and Mary’s request is for donations to Air Ambulance in replacement of flowers.

Please allow time for parking as this is limited at the church and side street parking will need to be used.
