In memory of Tracy Hames who sadly passed away on 30th December 2024, surrounded by all her family.
A loving mum, Nana and great Nana.
She was just simply the best, a little difficult and stubborn from time to time but that’s what made her the woman she was.

Despite her health conditions and disabilities, she was so full of life and determination, she shown everyone “life is what you make it”. She bought up 9 children practically on her own and did an amazing job at doing so… she was such an amazing woman and would do anything to help anyone.

She would tell endless jokes, some that weren’t all that funny but you’d laugh anyway because she’d fill the room with her giggle. She was telling jokes and smiling right up until the very end.

There’s so much I could write but to all that knew her, knows she was a very special lady who will forever remain in our hearts .
