Struggling to process you are gone Alex, my first born cousin taken so cruelly at such a young age.

Our gentle giant, and the most unique quirky soul ever.

Our memories of you will live on forever.

Hope uncle Paul was waiting with his arms open wide and you both rest easy…..send a feather now and then if you can just so we know you are ok.

Love you millions cuz, until we meet again………x x x x

Alex - words seem to fail me whilst writing this message. I simply cannot believe that you’re gone. The last time I seen you, you were enjoying the sunshine in the garden with Chloe & I waved goodbye & said “See you later” I can’t believe I was wrong.

I remember how excited I was when you were born, straining my neck through the hospital window to get my first glimpse. As children we were inseparable, spending our afternoons watching TV from the inside of cardboard box! You were born to entertain & we would torture our parents with hours of singing & dancing in our ‘living room shows’ or how we laughed!

You will forever be my cousin.. family does not always have to be by blood.

I know that you will be with your dad now & that brings me great peace, knowing that you are together again. He will have been to happy to see you.

Rest In Peace Sweetheart. Until we meet again.

Your cousin Always, Amelia xxx

For Alex
The world is a darker place without you.
I have fond memories of goofy laughs and happy times at our grandparents. The odd argument over who got the best crisps and the first ham sandwich followed by a chase up and down the corridor in the attempt to topple the good china cabinet… just to see if we could.
Games of escaldo and debates over who deserved grandads chair in front of the tv..
A picture of You me and Dan in our Sunderland tops is always going to be pride of place in my house.
We all know you will be providing a new energy to the stars. Take care of your dad and gran and grandad!
With love always

Alex - we cannot believe we are writing this and that you have been taken away from us at such a young age. You were an absolute one off - a real character. A proper daft lad, in the loveliest sense. You always made us laugh and that’s a fantastic gift. But behind all the funny jokes and funny faces there was a kind and loving man who loved and cared for his family and Chloe. You have left us with some great memories and whenever we think of you we will smile and that is a great legacy to leave us with. We take comfort from the fact that you are now safe with your Dad and your grandparents. We would say rest peacefully but think you would rather be up there causing mischief.
Lots of love Keith and Karen
